We do a lot of work to review and improve the service that we offer our customers by continually monitoring and analysing how we are performing.

We also report our performance to Shropshire Council as part of our management agreement.
There are lots of ways that you can get involved to help us monitor and improve the services we deliver (follow the links below). This includes giving us your feedback good or bad by taking part in our telephone satisfaction surveys or by simply by completing our online feedback form (see link below).
Every two years we send a customer satisfaction survey to all our customers including, shared owners and leaseholders, in this survey we ask you to tell us what you think of our services and where we can make improvements. Thank you to everyone who took time to complete this survey, we have made many changes to our services as a result of this feedback.
