Who we are

We are an Arms Length Management Organisation (or ALMO for short). 
We have a management agreement with Shropshire Council to manage the homes, tenancies and neighbourhoods of the Council houses, flats, bungalows and garages in the Bridgnorth, Oswestry and Shrewsbury area.

Our role includes collecting rent, ordering repairs and making improvements to all housing. But Shropshire Council still owns all the homes.

Shropshire Council pays Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing a fee to manage the housing.

We were set up in 2013 and are a Shropshire Council owned company.
