Do you want online access to your rent account, so you can check your rent payments?
Do you want to be able to double check when your repair appointment is booked in?
Would you like to check who your Housing or Rents Officer is?
You can have access to all this information from your mobile, tablet or computer by simply setting up an online account on our Tenant Portal.
All you need to create your account is an email address and your Tenancy Reference Number (which can be found on the top right hand side of your rent statement).
Sitting underneath our Board is a group of customers who offer a customer perspective on our services. They are consulted about proposed changes to policies and procedures and carry out scrutiny of our services.

We have a Community Chest Fund available to groups and for activities that can benefit our customers. We offer up to £750 for a wide variety of activities to invest in vibrant communities by making them Greener, Safer, Cleaner or more United.
