We have a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers based in our local offices in Oswestry and Bridgnorth. They deal with lots of different issues regarding your tenancy. They are often out and about, managing tenancies, dealing with reports of anti-social behaviour, carrying out area walkabouts and tenancy audits.
