All heating appliances must be checked annually by a qualified engineer. Liberty Gas are currently appointed as our heating servicing and repairs contractor. We provide this service free of charge.
We currently aim to service all heating appliances every 10 months this includes:
We will service tenants own heating appliances such as gas fires, but it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for any repairs required, following the service.
