We started our own development at Hill Top Close in March 2022. The site is expected to be completed in January 2024 and will have a mix of 8 Shared Ownership properties and 16 Affordable Rent properties, making a total of 24 affordable homes at the site.

Aspen Grange, Weston Rhyn

We started work on our development in Aspen Grange, Weston Rhyn in March 2022. The full site is expected to be completed in March 2024 with handover starting December 2023. There will be a mix of 4 Shared Ownership properties and 36 Affordable Rent properties, making a total of 40 affordable homes at the site. The houses and bungalows at this site will all be fitted with solar panels.
