Tenancy Agreement Consultation Opens Monday – Have Your Say

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing (STAR Housing) is conducting a consultation on behalf of Shropshire Council to gather tenant feedback on proposed updates to the tenancy agreement.

From Monday 13th October, all tenants will receive a consultation pack explaining the proposals and how to take part.

The consultation runs until Sunday 9th November 2025, and there are several ways to share your views:

• Complete the online questionnaire

• Fill in the postal questionnaire included in your pack and send it back to us

• Email us at consultation@starhousing.org.uk

• Attend a drop-in session:

  • 23rd October
    Llwyn Fields, Oswestry (10am–12pm)
    Jubilee Community Room, Aspen Grange, Weston Rhyn (1pm–3pm)
  • 30th October
    Beech Road, Bridgnorth (10am–12pm)
    Sheldon Court, Albrighton (1pm–3pm)
