Non-urgent repairs:
Please call us on Friday when phone lines reopen as normal, 8:45am – 4:00pm.
Urgent repairs:
Call 03333 212200 and you’ll be transferred to our out-of-hours team.
Routine repairs:
Use our Report a Repair form or log in to the Tenant Portal.
