STAR Housing is inviting customers to get involved in reviewing some of our housing policies. These policies help explain what you can expect from us and what we expect when managing homes and neighbourhoods across Shropshire.
By sharing your views, you can help make sure our policies:
- Are clear and easy to understand
- Reflect real customer experiences
- Are fair, consistent and support safe, well‑managed neighbourhoods
Your feedback will help shape the final versions of these policies before they are approved.
How to get involved
If you would like to take part, you can sign up by completing our short online form.
Once you’ve signed up, our Customer Involvement team will be able to give you early access to the draft policies, so you can review them and share your views through short surveys.
Taking part is optional, and you can choose how much or how little you want to be involved.
We’ll keep customers updated on what we heard and what changes are made as a result. Your voice really does matter.
