We’re launching Walk & Talk, a new way for you to meet members of the STAR Housing team and local partners, talk to us about your neighbourhood and share your views while we’re out and about in your local area.
Our Walk & Talk events will bring together STAR Housing, local partners and residents, giving you the opportunity to chat to us about what matters in your neighbourhood.
Whether there’s something you think is working well, an issue you’d like us to know about or an idea for improving your local area, we want to hear from you.
You can join us for the walk, stop and chat to the team when you see us along the route, or share your feedback with us online if you can’t make it on the day.

Helping us understand your neighbourhood
Walk & Talk is about listening to you and getting a better understanding of what matters in your neighbourhood.
We’ll record feedback and neighbourhood issues raised during each event and make sure these are shared with the relevant STAR Housing teams. Where appropriate, we’ll also provide updates on what we’ve heard and the actions taken.
Individual or sensitive cases won’t be discussed publicly during the walks, but our team can help you find the right way to raise these with us.
Can’t make it? You can still have your say
You don’t need to attend a Walk & Talk to share your views with us.
Share your feedback with STAR Housing and tell us what matters to you and your neighbourhood.
More Walk & Talks
We’ll be holding more Walk & Talk events as we head into 2027, with new dates and locations to be announced soon.
Look out for the Walk & Talk team in your neighbourhood!
