Scrutiny Panel launches new review
The STAR Scrutiny Panel has begun a review of customer service and is asking customers to share their views.
This review will look at what’s working well and where things could be improved.
As part of the review, customers will be invited to complete a short pulse survey. It only takes a few minutes and will help build a clear picture of what matters most to customers. The STAR Scrutiny Panel is made up of customers who review services independently and work with STAR to help improve how services are delivered. The panel provides challenge, insight and recommendations from a customer perspective to help make sure services meet customer needs. The feedback gathered will be used to make recommendations for improving services. The panel will also share what customers have said and how this is helping to shape future changes.
