The Big Check In Starts Next Week – We’d Love to Hear From You!

Next week, we’ll be out and about across our neighbourhoods as part of The Big Check In – a chance for us to speak directly with customers, listen to your feedback and make sure we’re providing the best possible service.

The Big Check In is all about conversation. We want to hear how things are going in your home, understand how we can improve, and make sure we’re communicating with you in the way that works best for you. This year, we’re particularly interested in hearing how you prefer to receive information and updates from us.

During the week, colleagues from across STAR Housing will be carrying out friendly doorstep visits across all our neighbourhoods. When we call, we’ll ask a few short questions, check that your contact details are up to date and give you the opportunity to share any feedback, ideas or concerns.

We’ll always be wearing STAR Housing ID, and if you’re not available when we visit, we’ll leave information behind so you can still take part.

As part of Big Check In Week, we’re also holding a number of informal drop-in events where you can come along to meet the team, ask questions and share your feedback.
