Over the last few weekends, we’ve experienced a much higher number of calls to our out of hours repairs service due to the recent bad weather. This has created extra pressure on our teams as they work hard to support customers who need urgent help.
To make sure we can respond as quickly as possible, if you have an emergency repair over this weekend, please email repairs@starhousing.org.uk with a photo of the issue, your name, address and contact details. One of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
If your repair is not an emergency, please use our online repairs form instead. This helps us prioritise urgent cases and ensures your request is logged straight away.
