Safe Storage Tips

  • Store your Electric Scooter, Electric Bike or Mobility Scooter in a cool, dry place. Avoid areas that are too hot or cold.
  • If you’re not using it for a while, follow the manufacturer’s guidance for storing and maintaining the lithium-ion battery.
  • If you live in a flat, you are not permitted to store or charge e-scooters, electric bikes or mobility scooters on balconies, in communal areas or bike stores. These areas are part of the building’s escape routes, and blocking them could put lives at risk in the event of a fire.
