What we do to keep you safe
We carry out a range of safety checks across our homes. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll arrange repairs or replacements as quickly as possible.
Gas Safety Inspections
every year, by qualified engineers
Electrical Safety Testing
at least every five years, or sooner if needed
Fire Safety Checks
including smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire doors where applicable
Water Hygiene Monitoring
to prevent risks such as Legionella
Asbestos Surveys
when and where required
Structural surveys
and general condition surveys to identify and fix any issues early
