We offer a number of Independent Living Community schemes designed to support people over 55 years of age who want to live independently, with the reassurance of intensive housing management.

These communities provide peace of mind through regular well-being checks and a range of housing support options, helping residents maintain independence while feeling safe and connected.

What’s Included

Our Independent Living Communities typically consist of 1 or 2-bedroom bungalows, set in open green spaces and located close to town or village centres and local amenities.

Each bungalow benefits from:

  • Communal gardens
  • A communal room with kitchen facilities and regular activities
  • Weekly events such as coffee mornings and bingo
  • A laundry room
  • A community alarm service
  • Intensive housing support from our Housing Support Officers
  • A fully decorated home with its own kitchen, wet room, and lounge

These homes are suitable for people aged 55 and over, or those who are vulnerable with some support needs.
