I/We understand and acknowledge that in accordance with STAR Housing’s Lettings policy, I/We are not permitted to keep a dog where the property is a flat or maisonette, and where there are shared communal entrances and hallways.
I/We agree to comply with all policies relating to dogs and will ensure that all persons living with me/us and my/our visitors also do so.
I/We understand that if I/We contravene this agreement that STAR Housing may take enforcement action against me/us.
I/We understand that failure to adhere to the rules will be a breach of tenancy conditions and I/We will be asked to rehome the dog.
