Reporting and Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
We’re committed to making our communities safe, welcoming, and peaceful places to live. If you’re experiencing anti-social behaviour, we’re here to help, and we take every report seriously.
Anti-social behaviour is defined in your tenancy agreement and by law as any behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm, distress, nuisance, or annoyance to others, or damage to property.
We encourage neighbours to build positive relationships, but we understand that tensions can sometimes arise. When they do, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Examples of Anti-Social Behaviour

How We Respond to ASB
We believe the best outcomes often come from early, informal resolution. If you feel safe doing so, we encourage you to speak with your neighbour first—they may not realise they’re causing a problem.
If that doesn’t help, or if you feel unsafe, please contact us. We may ask you to keep a record of incidents (date, time, nature of the issue) to help us understand the situation and take appropriate action.
When we get involved, we will:
In serious cases, we may take enforcement action, and you may be asked to act as a witness.
