Harpreet provides strategic leadership and sound financial management across STAR Housing and Cornovii Developments Limited, ensuring the organisation delivers safe, high-quality, and affordable homes while meeting regulatory standards and supporting thriving communities. A construction and finance professional with a successful track record of operational and strategic leadership within the Housing, Finance, Development and Regeneration sectors, Harpreet has worked in social housing for over 17 years in roles spanning local authorities, private sector and Housing Associations, joining Cornovii Developments in Feb 2020 as Managing Director and becoming STAR’s leader in Jan 2023. Harpreet’s focus is listening to our customers to help shape our services, provide tenants with a safe place to call home, delivering more new homes and ensuring customers receive a value for money service.

Operations Director at STAR Housing
James leads the organisation’s operational strategy, ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality services to customers across all homes and neighbourhoods. His role spans customer experience, repairs and maintenance, building safety, asset management, and community operations, ensuring services are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with organisational goals for safety, sustainability, and resident satisfaction. With more than 20 years’ experience across the public, private, and third sectors, James has led impactful regeneration projects supporting thriving communities and ensuring optimal utilisation and sustainability of housing assets. James has also held non-executive roles within the Housing Sector supporting those less fortunate in our communities.

Ros Jones
Corporate Director at STAR Housing and Cornovii Developments
Ros leads on financial strategy, governance, customer engagement, IT and performance for STAR Housing and Cornovii Developments Limited. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience in private and public sector finance, holding senior roles in corporate finance, strategic planning, and commercial services, she oversees long-term financial planning, performance and data management, risk management, governance, customer engagement and alignment of resources to organisational priorities. With a passion for service improvement, Ros is leading many business transformation projects and implementing organisation-wide customer service improvements to enhance transparency and decision making.
