Attract

Join our team

“I joined STAR Housing as a contractor and quickly found a team that truly listens to residents and uses their insight to shape better homes and services. That purpose inspired me to stay and later step into the Head of Corporate role to help keep that momentum going.

It gives every team member a voice, whether discussing internal processes or customer experience.

Inclusion and accessibility

We are continuously updating our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and are committed to building a diverse and equitable workforce.
