When you terminate your tenancy or that of a family member, you are expected to clear the property of all personal effects this includes; white goods, furniture, carpets (unless they are in excellant condition) garden furniture and greenhouses and rubbish.
We understand that when a family member has passed away, this may not always be possible, please speak to your local lettings team to discuss options for clearing a property, we work with a number of skip companies, local churches and charities and maybe able to make some suggestions to help you, such as use of social media and local notices.
If you have to leave items in the property you must first discuss this with the lettings team and then complete the form below.
