Your new home keys
When you receive the keys to your new home at sign up, you will be issued with 3 keys. These keys will open both your front and back door if you have one. If you have a communal entrance you will be issued with 3 fobs.
Your keys are secure
The doors fitted on your new home are Secure by design and so too are the locks, this means for your own security that you are not able to get keys cut at a standard high street locksmith’s. You will notice your keys have a unique reference number followed by 01,02,03 this reference number relates to the property and your tenancy and therefore only you as the named tenant can order spare keys. Our phone number is also printed on the reverse of the key.
Need a spare set?
To order a spare key you will need to call Secure keys (the number is on your contact card on the inside of your customer handbook) quote the unique key reference number and make a payment over the phone by debit card. The key will then be posted direct to you at your address.
