  • Join the STAR One Voice Forum to share your views through surveys and focus groups.
  • Take part in STAR Estate Walkabouts to share your views on your local area.
  • Answer a quick phone survey if you’re randomly selected.
  • Apply to join the STAR Customer Scrutiny Panel to help us review and improve our services, or become a Tenant Board Member to have a say at a strategic level.
  • Help shape our procurement decisions by applying to join the STAR Customer Procurement Panel.

STAR One Voice Forum

Become one of our Survey STARS to take part in surveys and consultations to help us understand what’s working and what needs to improve. Great for those with busy lives.

  • Complete surveys online or attend short in-person meetings.
  • Help us shape new services like the STAR Tenant Portal or improve how we manage damp and mould.

Take part when it suits you. Join in as and when you like, from less than an hour for a survey to a few hours for a meeting.

STAR Estate Walkabouts

Join us for regular estate inspections to help identify issues and improve the appearance and safety of your area. These are done in partnership with the Police, Shropshire Council, and local councillors.

Time commitment: Flexible

STAR Customer Telephone Feedback Surveys

We’ve teamed up with Acuity Research & Practice Ltd, a trusted research company, to carry out short, confidential telephone surveys with a sample of STAR Housing customers.

These calls help us understand how we’re doing in key areas like:

  • Repairs
  • Communication
  • Safety in your home

What to Expect & How to Know It’s a Genuine Call

  • The survey usually takes around 10 minutes.
  • You’ll never be asked for sensitive information like bank details or passwords.
  • Calls will come from 01743 647 006.
  • The caller will state they are from Acuity, calling on behalf of STAR Housing.
  • You are never obliged to take part in a survey, it’s your choice.
