Our aim is to help every young person move on from New Century Court with the tools they need to live independently and successfully in the wider community.
Floating Support Service
Funded and operated by the local authority, Shropshire Council, this service is available to vulnerable adults aged 18 and over. It offers flexible, tailored assistance in your own home. The support helps you build essential skills and confidence to live independently and maintain a secure, comfortable tenancy.
The service provides confidential, one-on-one support across many key areas. This includes managing your finances (budgeting and securing benefits), sustaining your tenancy (understanding your rights and responsibilities), and maintaining your property (safety and comfortable living). It also helps you access wider community services, ensuring you have a strong support network in place. The aim is to help you thrive and achieve stability.
