Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)

We regularly survey our customers to understand how they feel about their homes, our services, and their overall experience with STAR Housing. These surveys are part of the national Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) framework, which helps us track performance and identify areas for improvement.  

Every year, STAR Housing asks tenants to share their views through the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we need to improve, especially around repairs, safety, communication, and complaints. By listening to your feedback, we can make meaningful changes and ensure our services meet your needs.
