Conditions of use

We will not include personal email, postal addresses or telephone numbers on video, our website or in printed publications and advertising.
We may use group images with very general labels such as ‘Customers at STAR Housing properties’.
We may use the image in literature unrelated to when and where the picture was taken.
We may include your first name with the image.
We will retain your consent form for six years, however we reserve the right to store and retain the images/recordings in our archive indefinitely.

Declaration

I hereby consent to the collection and use of my personal images by photography, video or digital recording. I consent to the use of comments I have made and editorial detail (my story) provided that these are approved by me before their first use. I acknowledge these may be used on the STAR Housing social media channels (including LinkedIn and Facebook), on the STAR Housing website and in online/printed material produced and distributed by our company as well as in online/printed material published by media organisations and partner agencies. I consent to the use of photographs, video footage, digital images, pre-approved comments and editorial detail on the STAR Housing social media channels (including LinkedIn and Facebook), on the Company’s websites, in newsletters and publications, for distribution to customers and partner agencies as well as in online/printed material published by media organisations. I further understand that this consent may be withdrawn by me at any time, upon written notice. I give this consent for the use of the above for a period of six years.
