Heating problems due to adverse weather conditions

We are currently receiving extremely high volumes of heating breakdown requests.

Our contractor Liberty Gas have cancelled all none urgent heating services and planned heating installation and are diverting all their engineers to fix heating breakdowns.

We will look to prioritise our elderly and vulnerable tenants where possible.
We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.

Unfortunately Liberty Gas are struggling to get to properties within the WV postcode area. Please use safe available heating sources including extra blankets and clothes to stay warm and Liberty Gas will be with you as soon as possible, we will keep you updated with any info as we receive it.

If you have reported a boiler or heating failure please be assured Liberty Gas will get to you as soon as possible, the adverse weather conditions is making it difficult for the team to get to some areas but they are working hard to get to all reported heating failures.
