We do not hold a waiting list for our properties. HomePoint is a Choice-Based Lettings agency that has replaced the old council waiting lists.  The purpose of Choice-Based Lettings is to give you more choice in the properties you are interested in and the areas in which you would like to live.

If you are registered with Shropshire Homepoint and your circumstances have changed you must contact them direct.

Shropshire Homepoint can be contacted on 0300 303 8595 or email enquiries@shropshirehomepoint.co.uk

If you have need to speak to our lettings team following placing a bid on Homepoint you can contact them on;

Bridgnorth area: 01746 335305

Please note - Under normal circumstances whilst applicants should be registered with Homepoint, there are occasions where due to low demand we may advertise though our Facebook page / local Facebook pages after an unsuccesful advert on Shropshire Homeopint or take recommendations from partner agencies or via local community advertising
