Triton has made us aware of a problem with its Safeguard+ shower. This is the standard shower we have been fitting in your homes.
If you receive a letter from Triton, please contact them to arrange a safety check visit.
If you have a Triton Safeguard+ shower in your home and have not received a letter, please call them on 0800 0154145 to arrange a time for one of their qualified engineers to visit.
The visit is free of charge and shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes.
