As a tenant, you have a responsibility to make sure that the property you are renting remains in good condition and repair during your occupancy.

We undertake maintenance of your home and we take it very seriously.

When you report a repair to us we will arrange a convenient appointment with you to carry it out. If you provide us with your up to date mobile phone number, and you agree that we are able to, we will text you confirmation of the appointment once it has been booked, and we will also send you a text reminder the day before.

Please help us to help you – if you are not able to be in when your repair appointment was originally booked, please contact our repairs team on 0333 3212 200 or email and they will rearrange with you.

Every month we have a number of missed appointments because we were unable to access to your property.

In January alone 70 appointments were missed because the original booking was not altered in advance. That’s an awful lot of time that could be better used carrying out essential repairs to your homes.

So, please remember, if you have booked a repair and can’t be there when we arrive, let us know and we’ll happily change your appointment.
