We are delighted to announce that we have just received confirmation from contractors E Manton Ltd that work is set to begin on 13 new homes in Bowling Green Lane, Albrighton.
A Breaking Ground event will be held on Thursday 31st January at 10:30am where local press, our board members and contractors E Manton Ltd will have photographs and conversations regarding the exciting development.
The work is scheduled to go on for around 42 weeks meaning a Winter 2019 finish is expected. The new homes will include two 3 bed homes and 11 two bed homes which will be available for affordable rent and four of the properties will be available under Shared Ownership.
Shared Ownership is a fantastic, affordable opportunity for you to get a foot on the property ladder. It allows you to buy a share in a brand new leasehold property on a part-buy, part-rent basis. We endevour to sell each property for a minimum of 50% but can mean in some cases you can own as much as half of the property.The bigger the share you buy the less rent you have to pay.
